Notices
  • Payment should be made in EUR. Kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
  • Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from related department should be provided;
  • Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact abs@absconf.org for details).
  • The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
3. Payment Methods
Pay via Payoneer
If you prefer to pay via payoneer, please let us know at abs@absconf.org or abs@academicconf.com. A payment link will be sent to your email per your request.

Bank Transfers
Please contact abs@absconf.org for banking details. Bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.

4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to abs@absconf.org

• Before and on May 25, 2024: Full Refund
• From May 26 to June 28: 50% of Payment Refund;
• After June 29: No Refund.

Note: For the refund returned via Paypal, there will be an approximate 5% service fee. For the refund returned via bank transfer, the bank fees will be subjected to the actual processing fees incurred.

Transfer of registration
Fully paid registrations are transferable to participants from the same organization if registered person is unable to attend the event. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for refund.
